about my coaching programs
How will the coaching sessions be held?
As many of my long-term clients are located internationally, our coaching sessions will be booked using my online calendar booking system, with our sessions conducted using the Zoom platform. Zoom allows me to manage different time zones around the world.
Zoom also allows us to easily share screens and, with your permission and consent, to record the video and audio of each session for your later reflection and ongoing review. Sometimes our sessions will be via phone if either of us have internet connection issues, and those sessions will not be recorded.
I reckon Zoom’s the easiest to use, and it’s my personal favourite. Zoom works well and is accessible for the vast majority of my clients globally too. However, if you’d really prefer, I could use other technology platforms such as Webex or Google Meet.
How do I know if you are right for me?

How often will we meet?
The frequency of our sessions (or how regularly they will be held) is typically determined during our ‘Accountability Assessment’ so we can find the most convenient time that fits your schedule, that enables us to meet your desired outcomes and hit your goals.
The key to my programs and achieving measurable results has always been ‘frequency’. Being out of sight can often be out of mind, and given that we are responsible for things and can only be accountable to people, my most popular programs are my “weekly accountability sessions.” Meeting weekly with me ensures that nothing slips through the cracks or is forgotten.
It also means that excuses, blame, and finger-pointing are a thing of the past. Nothing beats meeting with me face-to-face each week via Zoom to discuss your plans, track your progress, and commit to meaningful actions that will achieve your desired goals and outcomes.
Do I need to have a business to sign up?
Not at all, and it depends on where you are in your business journey. Perhaps you’re an early stage start-up, or maybe you are running a mature business.
I coach many private individuals, individuals and teams working for large organisations, as well as business owners and managers from small to medium sized businesses both here in Australia, and from around the world, so being a registered business is not a mandatory requirement.
It’s nice to know that my sessions are fully tax deductible in Australia, because they are considered “professional development.” As result, my session fees can be claimed as business expenses, which is a legitimate way to claim a tax deduction.

What is the 'Entrepreneur Elite' Package?
In response to requests from a number of clients who wanted to include a second person in their coaching program—such as a business partner, fellow director, manager, senior leader, or emerging leader—I created the “Entrepreneur Elite” program.
As a result, this became the centrepiece of my coaching offering, which is weekly accountability coaching sessions for two individuals from your organisation, one-on-one.
The program starts with a one-on-one, personalised session called an “Unboxing Session” for each of you to set the scene so I can understand your history, your goals, and your challenges. This helps chart our course forward.
After that, we start our weekly individual and private coaching sessions to make sure we meet your objectives and get you the measurable results you seek. These one-on-one meetings with me provide a safe and private environment in which you can discuss your challenges and thoughts freely. When we need to work together with your colleague to tackle difficult problems and make sure we are all moving in the same direction, we can combine the two individual coaching sessions as regularly as needed.
Alternatively, we can schedule two x weekly 60-minute accountability coaching sessions or four x weekly 30-minute sessions for you, if you would rather not have a colleague participate.
What if I have several goals I want to pursue?
Great – I hope you have multiple goals to pursue, and we’ll go over them in depth, establishing your priorities, during our “Unboxing Session,” which will be your very first coaching session with me and the start of your coaching program.
During our “Unboxing Session,” we will:
- Create a plan for achieving your goals, tasks, and/or
overcoming those roadblocks and obstacles. - Establish your priorities so that you know what needs to
be done, the deadlines and due dates. - We will review your “To-Do List” and examine your
implementation and execution together.
My “Unboxing Session” will help you identify and overcome the obstacles that are holding you back, empowering you to take action and break-free to achieve your goals. Regain your self-confidence and your precious self-belief by telling yourself—procrastination, overwhelm and whatever else is holding you back—to finally BUGGER OFF.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes, there sure is.
We have two easy payment options for you:
1> You can pay-by-the-month, which is great for your cash flow, and you can cancel at any time. (Read below FAQ for cancellation at any time)
2> You can commit to a full year of coaching and pay in advance for 12 months up front (in advance) and receive a BONUS two months of private coaching with me for FREE and save $$$. The early cancellation option is not available with this payment option. However, my program is fully transferable to another person you may elect. (Read below FAQ for cancellation at any time.)
* Bank transfers are welcome both locally and internationally. We have GoCardless for safe monthly automated direct debits from your selected bank account to eliminate all recurring inconveniences. I’ll even cover the monthly fees.
* Credit card payments are accepted via our secure Stripe payment system or Xero Auto Pay for further convenience.
Can I enrol in your programs online?
Yes, you can… My website is ready to process your enrolment and payment in any of my programs.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time when you are using my pay-by-the-month payment option.
The last thing I want is for participants to attend my sessions who do not want to be there. That will not work for either of us.
Accountability Coaching is not punishment for poor performers; rather, it is for successful people who want to juggle more balls in the air in order to achieve even greater success.
As result, if you are enrolled in one of my programs using my pay-by-the-month payment option and decide you do not want to continue (for whatever reason), simply give me 30-days advance notice that you wish to cancel and your monthly payment will be stopped.
Unfortunately, early cancellation is not available for the 12-month Up Front payment clients, because you have made a 12-month commitment to the coaching program and it’s bundled with two months of free private coaching sessions with me as part of that offering. It’s too messy.
To ensure that my 12-month Up Front payment clients are not disadvantaged, my coaching program is fully transferrable to another person you may elect. Alternatively, a credit is available to continue where we left off at a later date that suits your circumstances and my schedule.
Programs can be paused if need be, so let’s talk about what’s needed and we’ll create a workable solution for everyone.
