Chapter 1 – Identify what needs to be done

Moves you to 10% – If you have an actual idea or goal, this is where you’ll begin.

Before you become too concerned as to whether or not you are getting stuff done or being productive, ask yourself the following questions:

Do I have clear cut goals?
What is it that I want to achieve?
Are my daily efforts aligned with my goals?

Chapter 2 - Decide it’s important that you do

In chapter 2 you’ll learn how to trust your gut, you head, your heart, and finally trust your decision. You’ll become super clear on your goal and set a North Star for everything else to fall in place behind it.

We’ll cover 4-key components:

1. How to trust your gut
2. How to trust your head
3. How to trust your heart
4. How to trust your decision

Chapter 3 - Set priority

Moves you to 40% – If you decide when you will do it.

You’re now at the point where you have set goals, and consciously thought them through. A potential stumbling block to achieving this may be your ability to prioritise your goals. In chapter 3 you’ll learn how to prioritise your goals.

We’ll cover 4-key components:

1. Put your To-Do list in ONE place

3. Eating the biggest frog first, and finding the right domino

Chapter 4 – Plan what needs to be done and how you will do it

Moves you to 50% – If you plan how you will do it.

Understand the importance of planning, putting a thought process down before you start anything, and using your time to your advantage.

Remember, the idea is always to reduce the total amount of time that you are working in half, or even more.

We’ll cover 3-key components:

1. Scheduling your tasks
2. Evaluating your progress
3. Common pitfalls and why you may fail

Chapter 5 – Tell the world

Moves you to 65% – If you commit to someone you will do it.

Understand the importance of committing to someone else, other than yourself to hold you accountable for the goals you set. Remember, the idea is to achieve all the goals you set for yourself.

1. Who should you share your goals with?
2. The ins and outs of accountability partners
3. When to share your goals

Chapter 6 – Partner (find an accountability buddy or accountability coach)

Moves you to 95% – If you have a specific accountability appointment with a person you’ve committed to.

An Accountability Partner provides you with specific feedback to support you and track your goals alongside you.

It’s a real bonus if you can find an Accountability Partner who can also be your mentor. We’ll show you where to look and what to look for.

We’ll cover 3-key components:

1. The true meaning of accountability
2. How to make accountability a habit
3. How to find an accountability partner

Chapter 7 – Review process

There’s a big difference between absorbing information and putting what you’ve learned into practice.

Without doing the latter, the training you’ve received will go to waste, so it’s important to have a strategy for implementing your learning.

This chapter will help you formulate a strategy and set the scene for your ongoing accountability, ensuring you get frequent and specific support; encouragement, ​yes there’s bottom-kicking and priority realignment, which is essential for gaining momentum.

As you complete each chapter, you’ll increase your probability of achieving your goals. As you move to your next goal, project or task, you’ll simply repeat the process in my chapters and watch how your success snowballs.
